Hi there! We are Frani and Herb!
We are passionate about travel and adventure, living the natural lifestyle, doing the things we love, and having fun! For the past couple of years we’ve been living in our 35’ Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel, in Florida, while Herb’s been completing his career as the General Manager of a car, truck and RV dealership. Talk about a car guy…Herb is that guy…he knows his stuff, from working on car engines, restoring cars, the ins and outs of tow vehicles. His zone of genius is that he can fix anything! He LOVES a good project!
Frani worked in the corporate world of advertising in the Big Apple for most of her career and continued it in Florida for another 13 years, until realizing that she wanted to make a bigger difference in the world.
She became a Certified Holistic Health Coach while studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. That was a game changer for Frani, including living a more natural lifestyle and diving into the world of essential oils. It opened up a whole new world of possibility and entrepreneurship, and creating a lifestyle that otherwise would have been just been a daydream. As they say “Leap and the Net Will Appear”.
Let’s not forget our wonderful little travel buddy, George. George is the cutest little Shih Tzu, who just loves to travel. His name totally fits him…Curious George!
After our first one RV month trip out west 3 years ago, we absolutely fell in love with the mountains and knew that we had to sell our Florida home, move into the RV, and find our special mountain home. We did all of that. Now that Herb is “retired” that officially makes us “snowbirds” since we are now splitting our time between Florida in our RV, traveling and our house in western North Carolina.
Herb is a wiz at mapping out travel routes and Frani is your detail event planner type gal. You can count on us to share our tips and tricks with you.
